We have been happy with the services we are receiving. We have the TruMaintenance Lawn Plan and a Tree and Shrub Plan. We appreciate the notes and/or recommendations that the technician leaves for us. The only recommendation that I would like to share is it would be helpful if we knew a day ahead of time when our service is happening so that we be home to talk with the technician and ask specific questions.

I have noticed new growth in our backyard which for three years with two other companies, I saw the grass thinning. I do think you start with pre-emergence feeding too soon for this climate. We’re just as likely to get twelve inches of snow in April as we are to break records for daily high temps. If it doesn’t rain tonight then our dose will be of little use because our outside water and sprinkler systems have been shut down all winter.
