Excellent performance!
Truegreen have been an excellent service for my yard. I have been with them since 2003 and we have had ups and downs. Josh (our local) contact (2021) was excellent as parts of the lawn were burned by fertilizer last year. He came out and assessed the impact and resolved our issue. Last year I had the best re-seeder representative and I can only wish I knew his name. He did an excellent job! Grass was coming up in very hard to grow areas. The price I receive from Truegreen is better than what I can do for the 7 services they provide, as I cannot purchase the chemicals and walk the lawn myself for any less. I recommend them over many of the other services as they stand behind their service. If you have an issue, you call, and they come out to resolve. Thank you local Raleigh NC Team, I appreciate what you do and how you do it!

I’m fighting a fungus that Is rampant in the woods behind our house. Their spraying and fertilizing are helping wit my fight.
The technician does his/her job, generally takes care not to damage anything, although this last application, did turn over a pot and destroy a seedling dogwood . When I ask that they do a better spray n the laurels, they do.
I have enjoyed working with John since I started at First name removed Landscape Management. He is always responsive and very helpful when answering questions and requests.
Company is willing to come back out and make corrections.

Chris was extremely polite and answered all our questions and went out of his way to explain everything. He took his time with the application and with careful detail. He asked if we had animals to ensure we understood that they should avoid coming onto the lawn for a period of time. Very thorough and very nice -- one of the nicest and most thorough specialists we've ever had!

I have a fairly large lawn and numerous trees and shrubs on the property. The TruGreen technicians handle all the required treatments for both my lawn and the trees/shrubs very well. They are also very thorough and advise me of any potential problems or things to look for. The company has been very responsive to my service needs and inquiries.
We have only ever had one bad experience with service and that was taken care of.
Other than that, service has always been great. The service people are always on time
and very polite.

Specialist Christopher Parker (139966) was very thorough on the details for the service being provided. He also made some good recommendations to help with weed control. I would certainly feel comfortable knowing that Mr. Parker was assigned and could continue managing my yard on any future application or service.
This was our first service. But Davis S. was very nice and explained everything that he did. And that will need to happen the next few services.

Great service, friendly knowledgeable Service Reps. Service has been provided as described when signing up, no changes, no hidden fee's, charges or bad service!!
We are notified about date of service. Most technicians are professional and try to do their jobs. COVID has stopped some customer/ client interactions, which I hope will soon resume. When there is service and I can talk to the Technician, get some idea what is being done. A couple are a little careless about what they do.
Trugreen is prompt on their time schedules and work efficiency.
