Tru Green has always provided us with first class service. Part of that is the technicians pay attention to quality control.
We noticed unusual insect activity after our March application of insecticides on our shrubs. We called this to TruGreen's attention and Glenn Womble was dispatched to retreat the affected shrubs and hedges. He came at the end of a long workday and courteously listened to our concerns. He then thoroughly re-treated the shrubs where we noticed the insect activity. Some years ago, Glenn was our lawn specialist and was always knowledgeable, professional and caring about his work. Since taking over our shrub treatment, he has shown these same qualities. TruGreen stands behind their work, and this is the only time in their many years of service, we have asked for re-treatment. They responded to our request (without charge) and demonstrated. We are especially happy with Glenn's work.
