I think that John Unorski is one of the best salespersons I have had to privilege to work with. John is always responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. Mary in the office is always prompt at getting the spreadsheets to our accounting department and is always helpful to answer any questions that we have concerning our account. Fontaine Landscaping could go and probably find a less expensive company to do our lawn care service, but we will never sacrifice the great customer service and products that Tru-Green provides to us. Kudos to John and Mary for all their hard work and look forward to our future business relationship together.

Very help full conversation with last service person
Services to this point have been efficient, effective and professional. Lawn weeds are all but eliminated. The grass has thickened, including in problem areas. The lawn isn't perfect but its much better than what I could do on my own. Service providers have been courteous and patient when I've asked questions. Costs are substantially lower than what competitors have quoted. Highly recommend.

Your service representative, Christian Hernandez, did excellent work for us yesterday. His machine was broken thus he had to treat visible weeds by hand. Secondly, contacted TruGreen for me to find out when they were coming to my house for aeration and reseeding. We certainly appreciated his efforts.
I was particularly pleased with the thorough careful work today by Detric H. from branch 5029.
The gentleman was kind enough to talk with me about my lawn and made sure I was happy with his services.

I have had your service for a period of 3 years now. The yard looks great and I get complements on it . Today Joel and an assistant aerated and seeded. They came and went straight to work. Thoroughly covered every area, Joel listened to my concern and was glad to comply. He was even nice enough to be sure my brick plant bed edging was put back in place and he was not the one who knocked them over. He answered my question politely. He spoke clearly and distinctly.
