Your company is always there on time and they do a good job when finished. I’ve been with TrueGreen over 10 years total dating back to my time in Fort Washington, Maryland. I noticed that my grass was not coming up the way I wanted to after the fall seeding. I called the manager and told him I was a little disappointed and not seeing my grass come up the way I wanted it to.That following week they came out and reseeded my grass free of charge.

Show up on time, Except for a major problem with aeration and seeding last Fall, normally do what is expected. However trying to report something that is not right is an effort. Most of he technicians are good and responsive.
I like that you call and then you leave the receipt at my door so I know what work has been done. I’m seeing good results!
Alexander completed the lawn service today Monday Feb 13, 2023.
I did get a chance to chat with Alexander about some areas in the front lawn that seem to have a problem with zoysia grass not growing.
Alexander suggested that we wait and see till spring and see if there is any improvement.
He thinks that the ‘ RESTORE ‘ product expected in Spring might fix the problem.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THIS PROBLEM GETS FIXED.

Mr. Womble was very attentive to may needs and the care for my trees and plants. Very knowledgable about what was need to ensure that shrubs would survice and pointed outd what was needed to prevent future damage.

The treatment really does work, as with anything that grows, time will tell. I have been pleased with TruGreen Services over the Past 8 years.
