On my service today, 02/17/2021, there were comments concerning mower tire tracks, dull blades and grass is cut too short.
My grass has not been cut since late October 2020, almost four months ago.
I find these comments as unfounded and question why they were made?
My previous services were 02/16/2021 (yes, yesterday), 02/05/2021 and 01/12/2021 none of those service tickets had comments about mower tire tracks or the height of the grass or the dullness of the blade.
Unfounded comments such as this may impact my trust in future service ticket comments.
The service is consistent, your technicians are always professional, and the results are there.

We started out with basically a large yard of weeds! After 4 years of plugging, fertilizing, and weed control, TruGreen has really improved our lawn. Great job! I’m an avid gardener so I understand things can take time. Every year gets better and better. 😊
Prompt, efficient, communicative. I've only had one misstep (being billed for a treatment I never received). However, once I called the office and explained the situation, he got right on it. Within a day, it was rescheduled and work performed.

There was confusion about whether or not a technician serviced my lawn. After some help from the office (Michelle I think), and a phone call from the technician, we determined that my lawn had indeed been serviced. The technician had simply run out of yard flags and had a broken printer. All is well.

We have used Truegreen for 20 years on our shrubs. The Specialist Deryl Livingston does a wonderful job. We stopped using the Lawn care part for Truegreen as the person we had was not reliable.
Our son now uses Truegreen for his Shrubs. We both feel comfortable with Deryl and know we can expect a excellent job from him.
