I have had to ask direct questions to get satisfactory answers. Some of the staff have been more helpful than others, and have offered to get answers, if they felt unsure, they would get answers sometimes from the truck while still at my house,or followed through later. I have appreciated that.

The only thing I was upset about with Tru green is why it took so long to get back with me about all the lime that was all over my drive. I rented a pressure washer and got it up. Per my agreement with the Salem branch mgr he would cancel the charges if I cleaned it up.

I am good with this agreement and will continue to do business with tru green and recommend your service.

Service on 5/22/17 did not happen at my address 18 Fairway View. It happened across the street at 56 Fairway View, Mrs. Deals home. Her lawn was treated twice in one week. I have not received a treatment date/time.
