I like that I receive an automated call telling me when Trugreen will be servicing my lawn. I also like that the representative rings the doorbell to let me know that he has arrived to service my lawn and exactly what will take place. I like the doorknob documentation of the services, too!

I renewed your services as I just had a complete hip replacement. Today Mr. Jacob Perdue done my weed and feed on my lawn. I just want you to know he is a valuable employ to your firm. He took the necessary time to explain the application and was very courteous and handled himself like a TRU GREEN specialist. Hope he returns for my future applications.
Will always receive a call advising when Specialist will be coming weather permitting. Jacob Perdue has served us over the past two lawn seasons & is most courteous & efficient in performing his job. I have been a Trugreen customer since 2005. Trugreen services have been used at two different properties, the latest being a home we moved to in 2017. We were pleased with Trugreen at our previous home and will not use these services at our new location. We anticipate improvements to our new lawn to address weed control, lawn health and thickness, and improvement in areas where there are thinning or non-existent grass. Also, we want to see improvement in a yard that has a wide variety of grasses. Trugreen has been helpful in the past, and we look forward to improvements at our new home.

The applications are done at the right time to make it the most effective and I don't have to worry about keeping up with them.
While the service tech, Kevin Carazo (Branch 5732) did a great job and was very professional, I still am looking for correction to a spot in my yard damaged by previous service tech last year. Area will need to be reseeded to correct damage.
