Prompt service, notice of when the technician is coming
It was my pleasure to meet my service specialist, Simon H. He rang the doorbell to let me know that he had arrived per my request! When I got outside, he stopped the treatment to explain to me what he would be doing. I sat and watched him! He did a thorough job and seems to take pride in his work. He was very respectful and polite!!! I would like to request for him to be my service specialist for all further treatments. THANK. YOU!!!

Service seems to going along like clockwork. I don't need to be home and and I don;t have to worry about it.
Chris Kelly was our most recent service specialist. He arrived bright and early, rang the bell, told us what he was going to do and then did it very professionally.

I would like to personally THANK Mr. Chris Williams for his immediate and prompt attention to our yard. Last year, due to constant staffing turn over, our trees, shrubs and yard were in complete distress and we were looking at $10,000 to $20,000 to redo our yard and some shrubs. I contacted Mr. Chris Williams and talked to him personally. Chris IMMEDIATELY got his team out to our property and has followed up with me regarding how my yard / shrubs and trees are responding to our complaints. Chris has given us excellent customer service and we are very pleased that he cares enough to TRY and save us the money involved in replacement of yard / shrubs. Chris is very kind, listens well and is a tremendous asset to Tru Green. We are thankful for his concern and understanding.

We have used Trugreen for many years and the weeds are mostly non-existant at the moment.

Kate was nice - I left a note for her indicating I used Miracle Gro on Feb 25. She called me (I was away) said she had treated all of the shrubs and plants and that should be okay. (I was told earlier by Brad in Sales that the shrub treatment would be later this month). Kate said someone would come up possibly later this week to do the spraying (insect and disease control) for the shrubs, that they typically are completed together.
The person that came on 2/28/23 did a very thorough job and I was pleased. I would like for that person to come again on the next scheduled visit. Very professional!!

I always get a heads-up call or email when a service is scheduled, and the service is performed as promised. The TG employees are always informative and a pleasure to deal with.
