Macon Alan Shaw (182166) did an excellent job. He spoke with me before service, let me know what he was doing (mosquito and pest control), serviced all of my areas and even took care of part of the city easement that I share with my neighbor - thank you for that!
When he was done, we spoke again and he let me know that he sprayed a little heavier in the front beds as they are rather thick with plants and flowers, and applied a granular application around the house.
Very thorough, friendly and taking care of a little bit more than I expected.
Thank you for the great and friendly service; there's a huge difference between how it was when I moved here a few years ago and what's being now.

I requested a tech to visit and assess a current problem in my lawn of large Brown areas. Thanks, TruGreen for a timely response. Devery W. arrived today and gave an assessment of which I agreed. He stated he was going to request his being sent for future visits so he could follow through with his plan for restoring my Beautiful green lawn, rather than a different tech coming each consecutive time. Devery W. has serviced my lawn in the past. He has always been thorough, explaining what was going on with my lawn, what was needed and always personable. A definite "10". I would appreciate a response hoping my request can be honored.
