Most important is the results. Our lawn looks fabulous and I am very pleased with how it looks.
They guarantee their work. We don't have mosquito's we have buzzards in the sandhills of NC. And can we talk about fire ants. We have many services from Tru Green but these two are our favorite. Especially for their guarantee. Very thankful to sit out on the porch on hot summer evening and not be bothered by swarming buzzards. Nor do I worry about our furbabies getting bit by mosquitos or fire ants. I am very protective of my dogs and mosquitos are the biggest carrier of heartworm. I have never had a furbaby contract heartworm nor have I put them on a heartworm preventative. Side effects. So, I am VERY happy with the guarantee as Tru Green has had to make a couple extra visits through the years when the buzzards are really bad.

Do not like quality of seeding.had to do twice and did not get good termination .on weed and feed seems product used is weak but office is friendly and willing for a redo.maybe products used after aeration are not best for our area.
Quentrel was friendly explained that he was applying preemergent weed and feed. I asked if he had applied it to the ten foot strip behind my fence in the back. He had not because he was not informed that the area behind the fence was still part of the property. I told him it was and not fenced because there were easement rights for fire and utilities but I was still responsible for keeping it green and weed free. I thought that I had informed the initial contact person when I signed up. Quentrel was very accomodating and added that to the notes and then treated this area also.
The specialists name was Edmond Penland when he arrived i met him and talked to him about the condition of my yard. I had weeds everywhere. My yard looked awful.It looked so bad I took your sign down, too embarrassed to let people know that i had a lawn service. Edmond told me he would take care of my lawn. After he sprayed my lawn he got his back pack sprayer out and spent a considerable amount of time spraying the weed, He did more than I have ever seen your specialist do. He did a great job. IF possible I would like for him to do my yard everytime.
