Good communication on appointments, generally. Lawn responds well to the service and stays pretty lush and green. We have experienced some weed pressure but it is usually addressed pretty quickly.

All services are scheduled for the right time of year to be most effective. Pre-emergent weed killer is sprayed before the weeds begin to emerge, fertilizers are applied at the time most beneficial. We don't have to keep up with any of that.
Our lawn, trees and shrubbery look good and healthy, and our service summary after each visit informs us of anything we need to do to keep everything at its best.
Our trugreen technician, Kiyauni West, is professional and knowledgeable. Anytime I ask him a question, he answers it with information I understand, and gives explanations for why things need to be done a certain way or in a certain order.
We are quite pleased with the service.
