WELL - - - WHEN THE TECHNICIAN REALLY DOES WHAT HE STATES HE DID, - - - I'VE BEEN FOR THE MOST PAST VERY SATISFIED - - - HOWEVER, SOME TECHNICIANS " I KNOW " ARE CUTTING BACK ON THE QUANTITY OF FERTILIZER WHICH THEY SAY THEY ARE APPLYING THEREFORE MY YARD HAS SUFFERED GREATLY. I'VE DISCUSSED THIS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ASSURE ME MY YARD WILL BE FIXED NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES IN ORDER TO HAVE AS IT HAS IN YEARS PAST SINCE I'VE BEEN WITH TRU-GREEN FOR MANY YEARS. NOW WITH ALL THAT SAID - - - - I MUST ADD A CERTAIN TECHNICIAN BY THE NAME OF " JACOB " IS THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, MOST ACCOMMODATING TRU-GREEN TECH I'VE TALKED TOO. HE EXPLAINED IT NEEDED MORE FERTILIZER COMPARED TO PREVIOUS APPLICATIONS. HE DID APPLY MORE AS HE STATED AND ----- BEHOLD - - - MY YARD IS BEGINNING TO LOOK BETTER - NOT QUITE YET AS PAST YEARS BUT GETTING THERE----I STILL HAVE AN ABUNDANCE OF NUTGRASS. I REQUEST JACOB GETS AN MONETARY AWARD, RAISE OR SOMETHING FOR HIS OUTSTANDING SERVICE. HE WAS AWESOME COMPARED TO PREVIOUS TECHNICIANS. PLEASE SEE TO IT THAT " JACOB " GETS PROPER RECOGNITION FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HE IS THE ONE THAT IMPROVED MY LAWN ------ NOT- I REPEAT - NOT THE OTHERS. SINCERELY -- S. Promoters and consistency of service
Lawn looks great. Like being contacted about upcoming service. Like they always close my gate well so my pet doesn't get out. Like their helpful comments and when I've called for more explanation very patient and didn't just push for selling me or upselling. I don't like that

My lawn is always the best looking lawn on my street. TruGreen and my specialist Chad Jordan always does a great job of caring for my lawn. Chad is always very helpful with knowledge & tips he shares with me about how to get the best results out of the service he has performed. I am greatful to TruGreen and Chad for all they do to make my lawn the best on the street.

We like that you will send a tech out if the yard needs to be retreated before it is scheduled. We also love our tech!! He is friendly and doesn't rush thru the service. He takes the time to listen to our questions and/or concerns.

Please Note: I seeded the lawn throughout with Scotts Bermuda EZSeed about 3 weeks ago. The seed is just now sprouting. However, you have scheduled a service next Monday, 6/26, and I want to avoid any type application that will harm the new sprouting grass/seed.

The treatments are programmed to provide timely applications at the best time for success. Additionally, a call with a problem and I usually see a technician within three days to treat the concern. Technicians are knowledgeable and professional.

They do a great job of fertilizing my lawn and weeds are improving. The telemarketing is getting ridiculous though. I get 2 calls a week wanting to sell me other services. This is making me consider cancelling my service
