My lawn is thick and green. Trugreen seems to know what they are doing and it shows. They respond to any request if I have a question and if I feel the service was not complete, they send someone out to fix the problem. They make sure I am satisfied with the services.

I requested Hunter as my TruGreen representative and so far he has been able to come out to treat my yard, he treats my entire yard, not just a spot or two in my front yard. Our yard is healthy and free of weeds!

Notification of service before the day is a nice thing. Leaving a copy of the bill at the front door is also a plus. Workers are always nice although sometime they are new and unfamiliar of our requirements.
Prompt and efficient. Quick to respond to any issues or recalls. Don't like that I am billed for the final service every year for two years in a row. Takes considerable time to call, complain, explain, and get a credit. No local contacts. Appears to be "mass" call centers overseas.
The scheduling through the year seems to be adequate to keep our lawn and schrubs in good condition.

Always inform you the day ahead when they are coming and never miss an appointment. Always leave a printout as to what they have done.

Have each of your employees have a consistent list of customers . Your using different people gives them no idea of what has been done and how well. Our recent employee did an excellent job.

I am well pleased with the service I have asked twice that my bill be drafted out of a different account. That has not happened as of your last draft. I hope your staff will look into this error.
Overall I’m pleased but there is still some bare area on our lawn that didn’t produce any grass after aeration and seeding and fertilizer
