The specialists, they are always friendly and professional. I like the fact that I have had the same specialist, Frank Kremblas for the last two treatments, which is good for the customer because you know exactly who is coming to your house, and you can build a good rapport with that person. Frank is always friendly and professional, and he answer any questions that I might have about my yard. When I first started with TruGreen the first year I had the same specialist, and he came every morning around the same time to do my service, and this help me because I could schedule the rest of my day to do other things. After the first year it was a different specialist every treatment, and you would never know when they were coming. I also like to say that the new uniform the specialists are wearing are nice.
Show up as scheduled. Typically talk with technician to discuss treatment. Come on demand to address problems.

Results of my lawn
I placed a complaint regarding first treatment and the arrival time of the tech. I heard from the manager of my service area within just a few days. He offered some suggestions to remedy future scheduling issues that I was very pleased with.
I placed a complaint regarding my very first service because I had been assured twice that I would receive notification of service indicating a three hour service window. That complaint has been handled.
I wish to thank Randy, the branch manager for my service area. He contacted me today and was so very helpful. I admire him and am grateful to him for his efforts to right the situation for future services.
