Alisha Ritchey arrived later in the morning. Eric A. had already made his first visit with us for the lawn. I drove up to the driveway and she waved a friendly hello. We immediately began to talk about the tree/shrub care she had completed. She was happy to see me because when she knocked on the door, there was no answer! Alisha was very knowledgeable about tree/shrub care and shared many aspects of her work in the yard for specific areas of concern. Although she was completely finished with her care-taking, she walked the property with me and explained what she had observed and how she made applications based on the specific plants and issues I have in the landscape. She was excellent! She was a good communicator, very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly!

Eric A. was timely, personable, and asked good questions about our lawn and our care of it. I was impressed with the time he took to walk around the yard with me, this being our first lawn service. Eric has a confident manner that gives me, the homeowner, a sense of trust and honesty. We look forward to more treatments being applied by Eric!

Great service and customer support

Today Joshua Davis completed our aeration & overseeing service. Excellent job on the redo. I definitely see more plugs this time after he was done. Not so much after the initial time.

It looked like the same machine but Joshua did a much better job in the areas he came back to fix. Didn’t see many plug after the first time.

I wanted to give some positive feedback about Rieley (not sure if I''m reading the spelling correctly) Jacob. He did an excellent job and was very courteous and responsive when I talked with him about making sure he knew where my property line started and ended.

Identified issues with the Evergreen Trees and treated for the problem. My Technician Alisha took the time to actually show me the spider mites and spray for the infestation.

The servicer explained everything he did to each type of bush and tree, and made some recommendations that would be beneficial to them.

This year has been the best for overall care of my lawn., However my only request is that the technicians that come out would look the lawn over more thoroughly. My back yard needs more weed care. But overall the lawn looks great and I get lots of comments on how good the lawn looks.

She came out today again to treat our trees and shrubs. We think highly of her -- Alisha is professional, friendly, and gives great advice. She is very knowledgeable on all subject matter relating to our yard and patiently answered our questions about the various types of plants we have. She is a valuable employee to TruGreen, and I hope she will continue to be our technician the next time we have a scheduled service.
