A personal phone call by technician was very good
I have always been very satisfied with your service, especially your techs.
One thing I do need changed, which I did explain to the tech several months ago, and somehow got changed back. My gardener comes on Tuesdays, so if the tech arrives on Mon., and applies fertilizer, weed control, etc., then the gardener's mower is just going to suck it up the next day, giving me no benefits. This just happened last week on Jan. 28.
Please do two things for me: (1) Change my service calls to after Tuesdays, and (2) please send my tech back out to reapply fertilizer and weed control (truck 117035, Specialist 8290, Michael Bogdan).

My lawn has been well kept. It stays green all year with limited weeds. The technition always leaves a report of what was preformed with suggestions. I've been very happy with the service.
Your specialist Michael Bogdan is great to deal with. He's always willing to answer any questions and is extremely pleasant and professional. We always get great results when he is sent out to do our lawn applications. Unfortunately, that has not always been the case with some of your specialists in the past. He is one of the reasons we choose to remain a TruGreen customer.

Chris Burnham had a consultation with me about my many Carolina Cherries and their disease problems. HE DISCUSSED WATERING TECHNIQUES AND TREE TRIMMING TECHNIQUES with me.He is an extremely gifted and knowledgeable Arborist. Armstrong Nursery gave me only 5% of the info that Chris gave me.The numerous other individuals who serviced my bushes this past year are no longer with your company-I can see why.I hope that the measures Chris took today will save the health of my bushes and that the coming spring will bring a regrowth of healthy leaves. we have exoerienced a problematic year with Trugreen until we met Chris Burnham and his knowledge and expertise changed our thinking. He know his products and goes above and beyond answereing our questions and solving our concerns. What continues to be frustrating is when we get calls from other specialists calling to schedule service or just showing up to perform service. We hae requested Chris only cuz he is one of the few that can do liquid treatments and he solved a long standing problem we had with yellowing Marathon. As long as we continue with Chris all is good; without him we are not impressed with the other specialists except for the couple times we have had Geno from outside our area. Dhris is a keeper and we hope you appreciaate his knowledge and great work ethic.
