2017 was the first year that I utilized TruGreen and I am amazed at how well my lawn endured the extreme conditions during the summer months.
Areas that have always died out remained a lush green. And, the cost was nominal.
I like not having to worry about weeding, feeding, or seeding my lawn. All I have to do is mow it.
Most of our lawn looks great! The guys who come to treat the lawn are timely and courteous. TruGreen knows what we need before we know it!

Annual pay & automated reminders prior to service date. Oh , & the lack of crab grass along with the healthy looking lawn.
The service tech arrived at 5PM. Because of the application, I needed to be very careful about letting my dogs out - the notes left said the application needed to dry and at that late hour that was not going to happen until the next day.
In terms of the application, it has kept white flies and other problem insects under control through the years we have had the service. So overall I have been pleased with Trugreen's service.

After many years of a positive experience with TruGreen, we recently experienced some "challenges" over a few weeks period of time. After multiple phone conversations with TruGreen representatives and the same problems kept occurring, scheduled appointments by TruGreen and techs not showing up. Multiple requests to add notations regarding our account, i.e. not to schedule service on Thursdays, the day our gardeners are scheduled, etc. We were ready to move on to another lawn care company.
On Friday the 27th we spoke with Alicia (spelling?) on the phone and we agreed to give TruGreen one more try. Today we received a follow up call today from John Balicki. Mr. Balicki wanted to make sure that the scheduled treatment on Monday went well and that we were satisfied.
We told him that the tech did show up this time (actually called us to let us know he was there) and we were going to give this another try. Mr. Balicki was courteous, professional and apologetic for the bad experience we had.
We're looking forward to having the lawn we've had in the past where neighbors accused us of having "green carpeting" because our lawn looked too perfect.

Good service
I had a ficus tree that was loosing all it's leaves, when a Trugreen specialist came out he noticed that the tree had a black fungus on it. He immediately treated it with a fungicide and a couple of months later started a fertilizing regimen. The tree is now flourishing as is my lush green grass :))))
It works!! Bugs are no longer destroying my shrubs and flowers and everything in my garden looks healthy and happy!!

Mark did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and genuinely seemed to care about how my lawn looked to him and others. Most of the time I am pleased with the service. When I am not pleased with the service, they are willing to redo the service for no charge. When they spray for the weeds they seem to use only one kind of weed killer. Sometimes the more difficult weeds are not touched by the solution. The gentleman that sprays needs to look for the weeds that might be in the lawn that are not touched by the general spray for weeds so that they can individually spray those weeds that are not touched by the overall spray.
There was a problem with reseeding. Some spots were missed. I call and they sent someone out to reseed bald areas. They came out and did the reseeding and covered the areas with topping soil. I'm sure that when the seed begins to grow things should look much better.
