Well, in the first place I'm no longer doing what TruGreen does for me. Because of the nature of the products that are being applied to my lawn and shrubs (products likely not available to me retail), including the regularity of service at the correct calendar times, everything looks healthier and lush. I'm very pleased with the results I'm getting.

Still waiting to have a solution for the Poa Annua. Was hoping when TruGreen picked up th golf courses, the weed killer would be available for homeowners as well.
Using the basic lawn service. I do see improvement in my lawn from the use of this service. I did however drop the aeration and seeding as I felt the cost was too high.
I did use the tree and shrub service for 1 year but did not see improvement. Trees still developed brown leaves even with the service so I stopped that particular service.
Otherwise I'm happy with TruGreen.
I feel I can trust the people that come to my house. They are honest and willing to address any problems that may arise. The services I receive work very well to make our outdoor environment livable and pleasant. I have been very happy with their services.
