Our grass stands out in our neighborhood! It's darker green, free from the more common weeds I see in other yards, and feels/looks thicker and healthier! I'm rarely home when the technicians come by but they always leave a detailed report and a small yard flag to signify they were there.

I have recommended you to my neighbor (3402 N 19th Street Tacoma 98406) and they signed up on my recommendation for the year. Wish I would have received the referral bonus. The Trugreen rep in Tacoma, spent time making sure our lawns were properly fertilized. I also signed up for service at our beach home, the rep on the island spent 1/5 the amount of time on the lawn (which is larger than my Tacoma property) and I did not get the same results (weeds did not even die or blacken up after 2 weeks), so I had to cancel on the island. However the Tacoma rep spends the time to create a beautiful lawn.

They seem to know what your grass needs. Yes I have referred people to you. Mike Last name removed (son) Donna Giffin (sister) and neighbor Frank Costa. I'm not crazy about your calling leaving a message you are coming the next day, then trying to respond when you are not home to say yes or no. I usaually just deal with Jordan, don't like going through your call center, when they tell you they can't connect to someone at the Puyallup office. Trugreen is still good.

The technicians you send out are always really responsive to my questions and the last man7863 david smith was extremely helpful with questions and informing me about the process of how long it will take. He even informed me of a rodent in my back yard so that I could take care of it so that me pet wouldn't encounter it. Thanks David!

We can get advice from the specialist and we don't have to guess what is needed to keep our lawn in good shape.

I like that I get a call prior to the visit so I can make arrangements for my dogs. And, I found out that the same guy has been servicing my yard for 2 years. I did not realize that and it impressed me.

Friendly service. Reasonable.

We are always called before you service our lawn and shrubs. The service people are nice and willing to listen to my questions. And the service is well done - our lawn looks great.

Cory is usually our technician, he does a great job on our lawn and tree/shrub applications.

I feel you are improving the looks of our yard. I like when I see a problem in my grass or trees you do come out and check on them for me and tell me what you think is wrong.

Weed control, fertilizer, lime, and airation, good. Yard still doesn't do well during drought conditions in the summer even with regular watering. Pricing seems a little high for the time spent and has gone up over the years as a customer.

The specialist always closes the gate if I am not at home. That is a much appreciated effort.

My lawn is looking good. Treatments and services are working. Unfortunately the weather is unpredictable and my mowing and watering do not coincide with the rain. Almost all the weeds I had at the start of the growing season are gone. Keep up the good work.

I have spent a bunch of time and $ on my lawn. This year TG was out to my lawn in February and did not come back till June. That was too long during spring when my lawn was growing fast and needed TG the most. When the Tech came he saw I have a terrible fungus killing huge spots in my lawn. I should have notified TG several months earlier. The Tech (Specialist 50984 Donald Hertrick) recommended fungicide rather than fertilizer. TG (and Donald) came back to kill the fungus and I hope it works. I would like to say thanks to your Tech I will have another great lawn and I will definitely be in contact over the next few weeks.
