With your services my lawns never misses a treatment. I also really like the aeration service. One thing I like to see more attention to is when your team spreads new seed, they not use a broadcast spreader because it leads to grass growing in areas we don't want grass, like in our flower beds. A drop spreader is requested for seed.

I like that a summary is left at the front door after servicing, and when I need to call Trugreen, I am able to reach someone. I have trouble with your on-line system, so this correspondence works best for me. For some reason, the password I used to set up our account would not work, and neither my husband or I could understand the temporary one given by the person we called.. The only reason I needed it is because I thought the summary was not left at the front door. It turned out our neighbor picked it up, thinking we were still traveling. I called back because I did not want our technician to get negative feedback.
You let me know in advance when you are coming. All associates are vey informative and friendly.
