I like that my lawn has been doing well with your services. But there are things for improvement.
1. Robo-Trudy needs to tell me what service is going to happen the next day.
2. Your techs need "Pro-Lawn Training". All your techs should be thoroughly knowledgeable about the how's and whys of your different product offerings - from aeration, overseeding, to fertilizing and weed killing.
3. Your techs need to be knowledgeable on all the different weeds in my yard. I currently have a weed taking over in spots that none of the techs can identify. And they are not familiar if your weed killer works on it. "Just try it and see if it works within 3 weeks".
4. Your techs should be knowledgeable on what types of grasses are in the lawn.
5. Educate the Minniapolis schedulers to understand that the Pacific Northwest is dry in the summer. My lawn does not have irrigation and I don't water. So, I don't need fertilizer/weed killer in August. That would mean your database would have notes on lawn conditions and health progress.

Our grass looks better than it has in years. The staff comes out and does the work and I hardly know they are here. I have asked for them to retreat areas and they came back out without any additional charge. We are very happy with the service.
