This year has been rough for me -- I garden and always took care of my own lawn. But, I broke my leg and ankle -- twice! That tied up eleven months of 2016. A couple of months into my recovery I realized my family did not understand what I needed them to do to keep my lawn alive until I was up and around. They were already doing so much for me that I just could not complain, so your company was the answer.
My yard did not fair as well as if I had been caring for it -- however, it is doing just fine and I expect it to get even better now that I am well.
Everything from moss control, over and underwatering to mowing was was not done by my family correctly -- but your company saved my lawn from sheer destruction.
I will continue with your service as I am now spoiled by the chemical services you provide and will pick up where I left of 12 months ago. I am certain that between your company and my keeping my eyes open, we will have a great lawn, again, by the end of summer.
(Now if only I can keep ahead of the giant gophers we have here!)

The techs who do the service calls are friendly, and always knock or ring the bell to let us know they are here. They are efficient, and finish very quickly. And with our prepayment plan, they come without our calling them.

Every one does a great job.
Our lawn has turned from having multiple types of grasses and weeds to a more even thickness and rich Green color even now at the beginning of spring. Having re-landscaped two years ago , True Green has helped to keep the landscape a yard that keeps getting compliments from neighbors and strangers.

Service was effective, team courteous and helpful - our yard is is better shape than 1 year ago.
Your Service provides much more then our previous service. All they do is mow our lawn. Since I had back surgery I am not able to mow the grass. We lost many plants this year because of all the rain. We are wanting to get rid of two trees (small) in the front and replace one tree with sod and the other pulled and filled in with dirt. In the back the grass is lumpy. It is difficult for me to walk on it because my balance is off. I would love Rhodies and good, rich dirt. Our yard was so pretty a couple of years ago. But at least the water flows from right to left and drains into our neighbors yard nest door. I would also love to have a stairstep garden built on the right side of the house where the tree that died is. Needless to say we need a lot of work on our yard.

I like the fact that I never have to call to see when you are coming or as a matter of fact I don't even have to be home when your service my lawn. I also like that you leave a sheet with me telling me what you have done and what we should be doing ourselves. I like my lawn looking good and I have never been able to make it look this good on my own.

Kip who is your representative in Happy Valley always is courteous and asks how the yard stuff is going and if I want him to pay attention to any specific shrub or tree.He lets me know what his focusis for the day and what the outcome will be. He always leaves informative notes on what I can do to help my plants and trees
.All in all, it is great to have someone who know his stuff and is able to keep my yard in good condition.

Having a package that is tailored to the needs of my trees, shrubs, and lawn is important to me. I also value having issues that emerge between visits being addressed for no extra charge and in a timely manner.
Your services are great and glad I can call anytime to add, delete or delay any services.
BUT I do not appreciate being billed for 2 treatments on my lawn at the same time and being billed for them. I had no indication what treatments were being applied let alone AT THE SAME TIME, SAME DAY.....
Once a year a program is set up for services. I prefer shrub and tree service only with bug control around my home.
Receive a phone call and E-mail notices. also as I am nearly 77 I am given a a reduced total that helps me to be able to manage the cost and what services I can afford over the planed year services.
Kip has been doing the spraying of trees and shrubs and does an outstanding job. Because of him, I would recommend True Green Services.
