The people at TruGreen always call before they perform their service. If they are not going to be able to because of the weather, they call.
If I ask them - would they be able to do "such and such to our yard", they always answer honestly yes they can do it and when would be convenient for us. Or if they are unable to perform that service to our yard, they tell of "no".
I already have recommended TruGreen to others because of the service they perform and also because of nice quality of people who work at TruGreen.
The people are friendly and answer any questions I have. They also keep my lawn and trees looking good.

To be honest, for a while I questioned why I was using TruGreen as my lawn wasn't greening up like I would like. I had to supplement with my own feedings to get it where I wanted. TruGreen made some adjustments to the feeding amounts after discussing the issues with them and after the last two treatments, it looks so much better.
