You call before you come out to do an application. You are on time. The service specialists are willing to talk and explain what is going on with my yard.

I like the fact that we are notified in advance as to when service people will be around. Not that this is absolutely necessary, but it can be very helpful, and especially more so as the year moves along and I need to plan mowing and such.
Our lawn has continued to stay green and we see very few areas with crabgrass. We are satisfied with the look of our yard.

Nate Jenkins is very knowledgeable and personable. It was nice to meet him and know that he is the person going to take care our lawn this year. I explained how expensive it is in our area to water the lawn and that it would only get watered when it rains. He said he can adjust the amount of fertilizer put on the lawn to keep the grass from burning. Also recommended just wetting the lawn a little after the application. That this would also be helpful and not use a lot of water.
Follow up to concerns has been impressive.
I have never had a problem with trugreen doing what they say they will. They notify me before treatments which helps. My lawn is always well fertilized. Their lawn care instructions and advice on the after treatment report are always helpful

We have had your services for several years. In the past, I have sometimes been disappointed with the quality of service. I often have had to call and have extra weed treatments. I have tried to talk to the techs but some of them just didn’t want to listen to my concerns. Being retired I have often been home for the treatments and even one time witnessed a tech not treating the yard yet put the sign in the yard and left. I have even considered stopping the service until late last year (the last two treatments last year) the tech ( I believe is Jeff Williams) actually listened to me and the yard looks great. I was very pleased to see him again this year and hope he continues to service my lawn! Jeff 👍👍
