Consistantly good service. Applying fertilizer right before it rains. Feedback on how "I'm" mowing the yard. A very good technician(Todd) and good customer service.

Leisure Lawn will sometimes "work with me" on lowering the price for applications.

MY TECHNICIAN ALWAYS TAKES THE TIME TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AFTER HE FINISHES TREATING ALL OF THE TREES AND SHRUBS, AND, IN ADDITION, GIVES ME LOTS OF HELPFUL INFORMATION TO THINK ABOUT CONCERNING HOW TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS KEPT GREEN AND HEALTHY.

I wasn't happy with the way my lawn was looking after being treated by Leisure Lawn. I called and asked for a supervisor to come out and take a look at my Lawn.. A supervisor came and looked at my lawn and agreed that it should have been much better. He did not try to sugar coat the situation but was very professional, apologized and ask if I would give them a chance to correct the situation and get my Lawn free of all weeds, thicken up, seeded and Looking good. I agreed. He also stated that he would be sending one of his best service technician out to do my lawn and he did! They started working on my Lawn right away. it should be noted that I am a ordained minister and retired law enforcement and is out of town and the country for months at a time. Upon returning from being gone for about 3 months I came back to find my Lawn looking at least 75% Better. The weeds were noticeably less, the grass is much thicker and greener and over all a much better looking Lawn! There is still treatment that need to be done to get it where it need to be but I am happy and impressed with the progress and outcome so far! The professionalism and being true to their word and work is rare in this age of service! Both office personnel and service technician need to be commended for their professionalism also they always treated me with respect and courtesy!

Service is fine, but the billing system is terrible. I received my bill on Saturday, 10/14, at 5:30 pm. Everything is closed at that time, and there is no pick-up or delivery until Monday. The bill was due 6 days later!!!!!! It wasn't going out until Monday at the earliest. I do not pay any bills online and that won't change. I think there needs to ba a longer time between time received and due date. BTW - the bill was dated 10/6 - received 10/14.
