When I have a question or concern, your customer serv. rep. is very courteous and easy to talk to. On a very few occasions, I have requested a respray or touch-up due to current weather conditions. Your reply has always been OK, we will sent out the TECH. In addition, I have spoken to the TECH several times and he is very courteous knowledgeable--an asset to the company.

My technician is great! The office staff is amazing. Diane personally looks into all my lawn care needs. She is amazing! Can't say enough. She always follows up and advises me when I am unable to talk to my technician. I trust this company with their expert services.
