i really like service and product .
I have one concern, that few week back one person from your company came and did mentioned that he is going to take care of Burned grass( that one of the treatment session, one person came and not sure what he did and burned big patches of grass in my backyard) . but the The person coming every time is doing great job, but only one time different person did come and messed up my grass. I did complain too. but I didn't really see any initiative from your side.

I was dissatisfied with the effectiveness of the lawn care program of my prior company, and after evaluating 5 different companies, I ultimately switched to Leisure Lawn two years ago. I care about the health and appearance of my lawn and wanted a company that provided the level of care I expect.
Since switching to Leisure Lawn my lawn is much improved. Mark is the Sr Tech normally assigned to treat my lawn and consistently does an excellent job. He is very conscientious and takes great care in applying the various treatments. (I no longer find fertilizer pellets covering my driveway and patio areas as I did in the past and no more trenches or tire tracks from turning the machines.) One of the things I've appreciated most is that Mark actually assesses what is happening each time he is treating my lawn. He will point out any trouble spots, explain the likely cause, and make suggestions/recommendations to resolve them. Mark is very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining what to expect from the lawn treatments, etc.
I make a point to be home any time anyone is doing work on my property as I have dogs that I want to ensure are securely inside before anyone arrives. Mark notifies me ahead of his arrival and is always punctual. Those are a few examples of why I have been pleased with my switch to Leisure Lawn and would recommend you to others.
