I like your service. But I have a grass issue problem. The manager was suppose to call concerning a brown patch of grass. He sent someone to take a picture but he himself has never called me to discuss the matter. The technician wrote yard needs seeding and aeration. However, there was no issues for the pass 3 or 4 years. I stated it was from a hose possibly leaking and it dripped on that area. It is strange it just happened within the month of June. So waiting on call from manager.

You are consistently on schedule and always letting me know before coming out. Product seems to still e effective for pest and grass care.

It is local branch of a corporation, the office to contact is local so we can speak to local people who understand our situation, and the regular Specialists do a good job. Some newer, younger workers do not seem to have the same work ethic as those whose many years of service show.

I have recommended your service to my neighbor and anyone who asks for suggestions. With some national corporations, I must speak to a computerized voice or someone who is in another state or country, and when I want to contact an office about a local issue, I don’t expect to get the run around doing it. Keep your local office.

After having Leisure Lawn for 20+ years, I stopped several years ago to hire a local company that cost less. Well, I found you really do get what you pay for, which is why I came back to Leisure Lawn. My yard looks so much better. Thanks.
