7/30/2019 3pm Specialist Travis Arroyd 87683 was here to treat our yard. He noticed something wrong. He spoke to us about it & advised us that he will help us get it under control. He advised the nutsedge would start to decline in 7-21 days. It looks horrible but we are confident that Travis will be able to help us get it under control.

I HAD A CALL FROM AN ASSOCIATE THIS PAST WEEK AND SHE SAID I HAD SUBMITTED AN UNFAVORABLE (5) OPINION REFERENCE YOUR SERVICES. I HAD NOT RESPONDED UNTIL NOW. MY LAWN WAS NOT IN GOOD CONDITION WHEN I SIGNED ON WITH TRUGREEN. I FEEL MY GRASS IN THE FRON AND SIDES IS IMPROVING WITH VERY FEW WEEDS. MY BACK YARD IS GENERALYY BEING OVERRUN WITH MOSS BECAUSE OF THE WET WEATHER AND IT IS VERY SHADED. I DON'T EXPECT YOUR SERVICE TO IMPROVE THIS PROBLEM. TruGreen is quick and efficient as it takes care of our lawn on a yearly basis. We do not need to worry regarding different facets of our lawn care as TruGreen keeps us covered with all of them from the beginning to the end each year at a competitive cost.
We had an issue with a tech who did not fulfill his duty to us- by not applying chemicals he purported to have. Trugreen sent out Michael Lewers- Michael did a fantastic job and not only asked questions, but provided input and information. We feel better about Trugreen and our confidence in the companies ability to perform as promised is back on track. MD
