TruGreen has cared for our lawns and shrubs for many years. When we moved to this condo we were pleased to know that they had the contract for the lawn service here.
This year I made the decision to provide lawn, tree, and shrub care for my Church. I didn’t like seeing the dandelions and other weeds in the grass. As soon as the treatments began, I started hearing from parishioners about how nice it all looked. I have had several people thank me for doing this, and this week I got another call which prompted me to tell
you how happy I am. At our Church we don’t have a caretaker to mow the lawn, so several church members do the mowing on a four week schedule. The Church secretary called me to say that she had a call from a former property committee chair saying “I just finished mowing. What on earth are we doing? The lawn has never looked liked this—it’s full and green and there are no weeds!” I’m delighted to know that it has made such a difference and that people are noticing it. It is my plan to continue this in the years to come. Thank you. And please thank the fellows who are doing the spraying.
My salesperson is Chris Swain. I asked him to look at the property and tell me what I needed to do. He gave me a recommended plan of treatments needed, I said yes. I would tell anyone who is interested to drive past the First Lutheran Church in Galion Ohio and look at the results. Thanks again.

Trevor Schoenmen was out on Monday (4/4) to treat my yard and did a fantastic job! Trevor was on time, very professional and polite. I greatly appreciate his attention to detail. Trevor treats the yard everytime like it was his own! Trevor is a very hard worker for his age and has really good customer service skills and should be commended for his hard work!

I’m new to your service and had an issue right out of the gate about my treatments. After I submitted my 1st negative survey I was contacted by Brandy Sorah. She was able to calm me down and find out the issue. If not for Brandy and the exceptional service she gave to me I would not be a current customer. She was wonderful to deal with and very understanding to what I wanted and needed. So, hank Brandy for keeping as a customer.
The service team is great. The last person I talked to in the Mansfield office was absolutely fantastic...but I have tried for a month to set up my online account and each time they say they will send a link, it doesn't happen.
Josh is knowledgeable, and provides great results.
Every spray tech I have met in the field have been very professional and courteous. I feel confident they know what they are doing. Josh and Chris, have been extremely knowledgeable and I very much appreciate their professional advice over the past couple months.
