Customer service rep Lisa Berns contacted me while I was doing the survey to help me with my services and issues. She has contacted the salesman for me to set up a meeting and go over my concerns. Lisa was very professional and understanding of my concerns and addressed my issues as well as explaining more about my services and checking that my accounts were set up correctly and completely. She also gave me her contact information and encouraged me to feel free to call with any issues or concerns I have in the future.

Tru-Green has improved the look of my lawn 100%. The specialist who treats my lawn is friendly and efficient. If I am home when he arrives and have any questions he always takes the time to talk to me and explain anything I might be able to do between service calls.

Lisa? Called in a timely Manor to respond to my remarks on a survey. Polite and concerned about my remarks. She was going to schedule additional applications of their products at no additional charge, weed control, ants, and mites in the bushes. (I hope her name was Lisa. I wrote her name on a handy piece of paper but later cleaned the table off. Oops)

I love being able to take lawn treatment off my to-do list. Always a perpetual problem to remember to treat at the right intervals and in the right mixes and amounts to get the lawn beautiful and green. Tru-Green does all that...no reminders, no places that I missed, no lost afternoons...all at a price that is comparable to doing it myself.

Competent workers who show up on the day they're supposed to show up. These guys (the ones I've met) are polite, have personalities, can carry on a conversation and, above all, know their product well. If you have a problem with having a service performed on a certain date, TruGreen is very accommodating with alternate dates.
Although there is no 'hard sell' for some of their services, they are persistent, but not to the point of being told to stop calling.
Overall, I've found the Company relatively easy to deal with.
