For the most part there are no complaints. However, the recent aeration and overseeding left large areas with no "new" grass growth. There are splotches of new growth but not near edges or in certain areas of the yard.

The excellent follow up of Lisa Berns. The aeration was a complete disaster with them puncturing the sprinkler system and breaking the electric fence. Lisa handled the situation promptly and professionally every step of the way. Problems are always going to arise in business, it is how they are handled that keeps customers. Lisa with out a doubt saved one here.....

I get a call when the tech is coming. The tech is very friendly and takes care of my bushes. When I have a problem with mites on my burning bushes he always comes and retreats them.

Had a lot of weeds that started showing up. Contacted Trugreen and they sent a tech out to retreat. I waited for a several days to see the results and the weeds are dying out quickly. Lawns looks great again.
The technician asks if you have any questions/concerns and listens to what you have to say. Then explains if necessary.
