Austin Brayton did the service on my yard on 09/26/2022 and he did a great job.
He also pointed out to me when the aeration and over seed were done on 08/02/2022
apparently some one came out on 08/10/2022 and sprayed what I think he told me
not going to allow the new seed to germinate.
I will be calling Branch #5680 and see about rescheduling the aeration and over seeding
again at no charge.

Our service man Thomas Hueber did a nice job and we appreciate his efforts.
Matthew Underwood was very patient. He took the time to look at troubled areas around the lawn and provided great service!
For this service...a 10! Austin left great detailed notes about what he did, etc. plus a personal note! Never had that happen before! Really appreciated knowing exactly what he did and found instead of a generic summary.
So far the treatments seem to be working.

I like that you take care of my Lawn, however I'm confused. different guys show up and i thought i was to have my lawn treated every 5 weeks. Also I asked that payment come out of my account on a certain day. But as soon as you treat it the payment goes through. I don't like that!
I have seen my lawn inprove this summer since you have been treating it.

I happened to be home today while Sherry Vultaggio treated our yard for mosquitoes. This was the most thorough application I have ever witnessed from your company. I was able to speak with her....she is very professional and personable. If we could have her for every application, we would be so happy. This showed me how an application should be applied. Last month, again I was home, and watched the technician barely apply the mosquito defense to the bushes and plants and was gone almost as quickly as he arrived. I told my husband that perhaps we should discontinue service after witnessing the application for the amount we pay. I am grateful to have watched today. Perhaps a review of correct application to all technicians would be helpful in the future. If possible, we would welcome Sherry each month.
I've tried to maintain weeds in my lawn throughout the year on my own, but I've never been successful. TruGreen has my lawn looking as clean as I've ever seen it in the 10 years I've lived in my house!

The service has improved my lawn significantly. The best part is Trugreen comes regularly so I don't have to keep track of when the treatments happen. All the benefits, with none of the hassles. My lawn looks great !
John, our technician is mindful of our gate to be closed after applications. He was knowledgeable about the grass/weed that we now have all over our back yard, which is Nut-sedge.

I truly appreciate your business, but I have a problem with the schedules. Over the years I finally convinced both my neighbors ( on each side of my home). To go with you TruGreen,but yet you don't give my yard. The same number of treatments that they received.I ask myself WHY, but I don't have a clue. Maybe you can explain this to me! I think last year I only received 6 treatments.
And as of August 26,I have received 4 treatments. I guess you have to explain this to me. Last year I only received 6 treatments. Is that all you do, in a year?
Reggie Harvey has been servicing my lawn this year. He is by far the best specialist I have dealt with during this journey. Reggie is very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented.
