I like the tech and the effects of the tree/shrub service, BUT notification is poor. I used to get an email or message a couple days ahead about upcoming service. This allowed me to change day/time or communicate important details ahead (rabbit nest in the yard). I have the same problem with Terminix. This is really inconvenient and potentially dangerous for pets and wildlife. The service is great; the communication is totally lacking. If I include communication in the evaluation, it's about a 3.
I like that you call before you come . I like the pest control & also the lawn looks a lot better spraying the weeds in the yard. Technician is always nice.
