What do you like about our services?

Reliable...and guaranteed...if weeds re-appear, easy to get follow on service...thorough treatment, not just a quick once over...good effective product..safe for my dogs..friendly...they care. I have used Trugreen for years, and have no inclination to switch, even with cheaper alternatives. You get what you pay for. I do not believe anyone else is better...I highly recommend Trugreen.

What do you like about our services?

Because of limited physical ability, I like that someone comes and takes care of the fertilizing and in a timely fashion. I like that there is a team of specialists that know what to use on my lawn and I am truly awed by how good the lawn looks since I just start last year. Very pleased with the ease of payments. Overall experience is great and very affordable!

What do you like about our services?

TruGreen has done well at getting my yard in shape this year. There's still some Pennywort weeds in the yard but most of it is gone. Overall i'm pretty happy with the service I've received.

I really appreciated the manager calling me this morning to apologize for my service technician leaving the gate in the backyard open the last two times he serviced my yard. He made amends by offering to wave the fee for my grub application. I was very impressed with his kindness and professionalism.

My lawn looks great! The Specialist Devin Moniz does a great job of complete coverage so all of my lawn is green with no yellow spots I attribute to poor coverage. I will remain a Trugreen customer. We had 2 applications from Devin Moniz #63917 under supervisor Grant Smith License #102773 on June 1, 2017. In reading the summary, it was very confusing regarding the watering requirements. Two print-outs were in the folder...one printout stated "avoid mowing or irrigation for 24 hours" while the other printout (different application) stated "please water in today's application with 1/2 inch of irrigation if rain is not forecasted for best results."

Very confusing. One application was applied from 1:25pm - 1:40pm (don't water) and the other application was applied from 1:40pm - 1:41pm (water). It's hard for me to believe you could cover our front yard in one minute...

This is our first year with TRUGREEN and I'm finding the summaries not very clear. I am now wondering if the specialists print a "standard" summary for a particular application vs really writing something personal as they walk our lawn...
