Today Victor Ford came out to aerate and reseed my lawn. I was very pleased with his service. He didn't have to knock on my door because I saw him pull in the driveway and went out to meet him. He was very courteous and friendly in explaining what he was going to do and then he did it. Afterwards he explained what I should do in the coming days so that what he did to my lawn would yield the best results. Victor represents your company in a professional manner. I just hope the grass seed works as well and as hard as he does.

The appearance of my lawn has dramatically improved since I switched to TruGreen from another company. The staff either by phone or in person have been very helpful and personable. Any question or issue that I have presented has always been graciously answered and/or resolved tony satisfaction. I was referred to TruGreen by my son and since then friends, neighbors and people passing by (I live on a busy street) have commented positively on the appearance of my lawn and have since started using your services.

We recently signed up for services again, after taking a break for a couple years. Ken Sorrell came out today to aerate, overseed and slit-seed our yard. Despite this being a bigger job than he anticipated (lots of weeds and dead areas), he was VERY thorough. He didn't rush through our lawn, just to get to the next job. He went above and beyond...all in attempt to get our yard back into shape. He recommended additional necessary services and told me he'd follow up by the end of the day with more information. He also anticipated that our yard would need repeat treatments, so he scheduled a follow-up visit to check the progress of the grass seed in a couple weeks. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain things in detail. We canceled our services in the past due to the customer service we received/didn't receive. Today, Ken more than made up for our past experience. Ken displayed great knowledge and professionalism throughout his visit (even calling me ma'am). Thanks for a great visit! Looking forward to working with Ken in the future!

Technician Chuck Dodsworth was very helpful with our questions

ok hear it is. i just had my yard aeration and seeded this morning which was find, but this afternoon while i was sleeping Brent Reeves came by and put fertilizer down on top of my new grass seed which you could see if had looked or checked with the office. when i called they said if the grass seed doesn't show any signs of coming up theyed do something about it. i'm sorry this should not have happened.i am very unhappy about this and maybe will have to cancel in the future with you.Please do something about this. Thank you.

Ken Conley who did our Tree and Shrub service has done a good job in explaining the treatment that he has done to our Trees and Shrubs and the care that we have to take to get the shrubs to grow better.
