David introduced himself and I showed him what to treat. You always call and let me know what day you are coming. It would be nice if you had the same person every time to treat our yard but I know in this day and age probably not possible.

I appreciate the workers coming to my door and always speaking to me before treating our lawn. Sometimes things need to be addressed and it’s not always easy to get them on the phone. We did have an issue with our service regarding the fella that was treating our lawn initially due to some training issues, I believe, but our new service guy addressed them right away, and our lawn already looks better. The one bit of advice I would give is that when getting on your website to change a lawn service date to make it available 24/7. I have had trouble changing my date if necessary because after hours the site is not available and I guess my question is what’s the point of having that service on the website if you just have to follow up with a phone call in the morning because the service is down. But overall I am pleased with Tru Green.

Always get a call about when the service tech will be coming for the service & what they'll be doing. When the service tech arrives, they always knock on the door to let me know they are outside.
