The gentleman I had the last time was great. I think his last name was Johnson, but not sure He gave me recommendations on my yard. The guy that came out to spray I don’t think he sprayed the backyard.

Appreciated Bryan Hinkle taking a moment to stop and talk to me about a couple of bare areas in our lawn. He was very helpful without pushing an additional reseeding service on me -- much appreciated and makes me more likely to trust that he is overseeing our lawn. Thank you.

Our specialist, Derrick is the man! Super nice guy that goes out of his way to explain the services he’s providing. Very professional and wants the best for his customer. Went out of his way to talk to me about areas in our backyard that he treated and how it would help with mosquitoes this summer.

TruGreen's commitment to customer satisfaction; ex: They will send out specialist between scheduled appointments to address unresolved issues

The only problem I have is this year - for the first time - they provide very short notice of a service call. Last application, for example, got a call just minutes before the specialists got here. Time before that, didn't even get a head's up. In years past, was given about a week's notice of the next application.

Efficient, reliable and reasonably priced.

Not a lot of complaints except with billing and of course you are a bit expensive. Your service people are always efficient and courteous. Great group. We have been with Tru-Green and former Chemlawn for many years. Thanks.

Accountability and performance

I particularly like your weed killer spraying the weed killer seems to be more effective than dry applications...
I really prefer the ride on applicator machines they can get behind some trees I have

The local management team recently took action to fix an error in application and I greatly appreciate your prompt response
