* Due to circumstances beyond my control, I am unable to pay for the quote I received in the mail. When I explained to the Customer Service Rep the reasons I could not pay the amount, she worked with me to help me pay the amount I am able to pay,
* I am permitted to sign up for four lawn treatments rather than any set number. Due to personal circumstances, this consideration allows me to keep coming back to Trugreen,
* Whenever I have any concerns, a Service agent is sent to my home right away to resolve the issue free of charge
* Whenever I have phoned Trugreen for ANY reason, your agents have ALWAYS been kind , knowledgeable and professional. In this day and age good customer service is a rarity . I appreciate knowing that when I phone, I my questions or concerns are always addressed this way.
