The specialist Larron Wheeler ….was The most thorough specialist to date to come out to my property! I told him my concerns about the weeds and couple smaller issues and he took care of them. At the end of the treatment, he stopped and told me what he had seen and done to deal with the issues at hand. I felt he did a great job and I hope to see him back treating my property exclusively. Our yard is looking good.
I would have given a 10 but the guy that did the spring seeding for us was less than stellar. I had to help him get the machine loaded back on the trailer when he was finished. Then his departure took a turn for the worst when he got the truck and trailer stuck off the side of the driveway. After pulling him out with my own truck. He just took off not even surveying any damage that was done to the neighbors yard or my driveway. The damage wasn’t very significant and not that hard to repair but still.

The technician Joshua Latoza knocked on the door and explained what the service entailed. He also left a flag in both the front and back yard. He works out of the South branch in Columbus, Ohio. The lawn looks great this time of year.

The timing of the applications is generally predictable., The technicians are friendly and seem to know their equipment.. The chemicals are effective at a reasonable cost. I get a text message prior to the application appointment which allows me to mow the grass a day or two before the application.

I want to take a moment to say “THANK YOU MUCH” TruGreen for your Much Professional Specialist DESTINEE MCBROOM. Destinee rang my doorbell and showed me her ID. When I opened the door she introduced herself as TruGreen Specialist and explained much throughly that she was here to fertilize my trees and shrubs. She explained that her notes told her Not to spray the shrubs in my front or the newly planted ones on the outside garage door. She showed me the notes. I was so GRATEFUL. She explained to me timely and accurately the reason. Destinee explained for they’re new. She took a moment to explain how to treat new shrubs. She’s well knowledgeable about her yard work.
