Today, 11-10-2021 my yard was serviced by your technician Ben. I pointed out loose grass spots at the east side of the rear yard. Ben said that he does not normally work this area, was only helping out, he did not know a supervisor in this area to call but would inform his supervisor of my issue. Ben seemed to be in a huge hurry said he had to get my front yard done. At that time I phoned the office and during my phone conversation I walked to the front yard and told the customer service person Ben was already gone. I made her (Customer Service) person aware lawn product spilled at my driveway approach and curb. I took photos of it. The customer service person I was talking to was very helpful but l'll just say Ben was in a huge hurry and not at all helpful. Well if you would ask me at the beginning of the year - NO I would not use or recommend your company from my first experience. They came to do my lawn and only did a 1/4 of it then put receipt for services on my door and I opened the door to ask the man if he was going to finish my lawn (not realizing I worked from home and watched him the whole time)??? He said I can do it again and I said "no you need to finish it". From there called customer service and the company definitely made things right. It took a few calls to talk to the right person. Our lawn is absolutely beautiful!!! If our yard keeps looking like it does now, yes we will continue to use your services.

Karl is very customer service-oriented, and keeps me informed. Knows are lawn and cares well for it. Quinton also always on top of things and wonderful guy to work with.

We like our specialist, Travis Herb (Groveport Ohio location)! He works very hard to make sure the right combination of chemicals make our lawn look wonderful. This past year, our lawn was attacked by army worms, so Travis had to stop the attack and work to bring the lawn back to normal. Today it was only 38 degrees, but he serviced the lawn so it would go through the Winter properly.
