Mr Quinton Sellers communication and listening skills are awesome. There have been several times I’ve been unhappy with the timing treatment applications have been applied to my yard. I’ve taken time out to call several TruGreen customer service technicians and no one understood my problem. Several times I’ve spoken to your Manager Mr. Quinton Sellers he listened to my problems or complaints about my TruGreen treatments. Knowledgeable technicians; excellent equipment and appointments fulfilled as promised.
We were given advanced notice as to when your person would arrive for treatment of our lawn. However,after the last treatment we received two emails. One said the treatment was completed. The other email said the treatment could not be completed because of a sprinkler system and an invisible fence. We have neither.
Please explain this inconsistency.
