Since I started your service last year you have always been there to answer any of my questions I had. Our lawn was in really bad condition when we move in and since your service it is starting to look a lot better. There is still a lot of more work but it is getting there.

I really like the results showing on my yard after many years of TruGreen service and applications. The notification by phone of upcoming service appointments is nice, but I wish the caller ID that appears on my phone or TV when TruGreen calls would show that it is TruGreen and not just an unidentified caller. That way I could pay closer attention on a busy day. I also appreciate that the service technician checks with me at the front door, when possible, about any issues or ideas before beginning a treatment. I like the year-end offer to prepay for the following year's program, and receive a nice discount. Lastly, I appreciate very much that a service review invoice with followup recommendations is attached to my front door afterward and that a yard sign is placed in my yard near the street so that I know right away if returning home that TruGreen has been to my house for service.

I have been able to personalize it so I do not jave to have the rear yard treated because my dogs are allergic to the grass & chemicals.
Plus the biggest thing I LOVE is that the same person does my grass each time so he knows where my problem areas are & what type off weed I keep having the most problems with, which is chickweed!! That is a very big plus for using the same person each time it gets treated.
