Normally I am happy with your service but you sprayed my yard a couple weeks ago for weed control, especially wild violets and dandelions They look healthier now than before they were sprayed. I would like someone to come back out to see them and reassess.

What I want, when I want it
I only need lawn care a few times a year and TruGreen allows me to do so. The service technician checks in with me prior to the treatment in case I have any questions or concerns.
We were very pleased with the mosquito service and it’s effectiveness. It allowed us to enjoy the patio or deck later in the evenings.
I LIKE THE BECAUSE ALWAYS LET YOU KNOW WHEN THEY ARE ON YOUR PROPERTY,AND LEAVE A SIGN IN THE PROPERTY. YOU RECEIVE A CALL IN ADVANCE.

The people from management. Dave Vucannon, I think is last name, was applicator in my yard probably 29 years ago. He is excellent in nanagement, always listens to my problems, and makes right if they did something wrong. I think I have been a customer fir over 25 years, This us my second or third house , I have had Chemlawn at. We started this new yard 21 years ago.. Stacey excellent to, had Georgia for years, that was some hard shoes to fill. She really cared, Penney wasn't so good, but Stacey is just as good as Georgia, always follows up, on calls, and ready to to help take care of problems. My applicator , can't remember name but such a nice man, has done my yard fir years. This spring they brought this little tractor in to put treatment on. I had problem last year with a different applicator than usually have,, they used that tractor fertilizer clumped up, it was showering a little , and tracked and burned my yard in a few places. Dave made it right fir me offered to reseed , but wanted to do my way, so gave me some seed in fall. When my applicator I normally have came this spring, he didn't know had problem last year,,and hadn't got message, I flew out my door upset Cause they said would use spreader and not tractor in my yard. He hadn't hit message , he was so apologetic, and sorry, we had no problem, and now uses spreader. Wish I could remember his name , Dave will know. Last but not least Shawn my shrub man, is excellent to, trust his knowledge. I am not your average consumer ,?when comes to yard. I have always loved a pretty yard , and work a lot in. Sometimes flowers , shrubs, and grass, are hard to keep going. What good fir one , not good fir other. I guess one of the main selling points for me , other than the employees I mentioned , is they educate and work with me, I don't care what yard service you have, they can't do it all, you have to water and listen what they tell you they always gave tine to educate me , obviously , being in Kc instead st Joe a little harder, had others to try to get my business, but the people make the company, Thanks to you. Gay Last name removed. I forgot to tell you , I am not the easiest person to work with, been told by other people take it way to seriously. Mother Nature don't always cooperates.

Our yard had been serviced by another company for several years. For the first couple of years it did well, but we had been dissatisfied for at least the last 2 years. I called TruGreen early 2017 and told them that our yard was looking really bad and could they help? They have done a great job and our yard has never looked better! No brown spots, no weeds, nice thick green yard. Just what we wanted. Yes they cost more than our previous company - but OH the difference! Thank you TruGreen!
TRUGREEN stands behind it's words when they say, if you have problem with your lawn after service they will come back out to try to fix the problem.
