A bunch of "likes." 1. Your company is dependable providing service for the season needed.
2. If I ever have a concern, I phone and get some resolution--like creeping charlie that seems to be eternal. One treatment works for a season, then the next year back it comes in from my neighbor's yard. 3. I used to like the detailed receipt of the chemical applied, but now only the door hang tag seems to be all the information I receive. 4. A lawn sign is placed where dog owners and parents be alerted to keep their "children's" feet off the liquid treatment until it dries. 5. Best of all I am able to purchase treatment all at once for the entire growing season.
When your company first appeared in town, the service people were either naive or just stupid. My grass would be sprayed and the next day it would start turning brown, then would die. I referred to the company as TRUE BROWN. I disengaged the company for a year or so, during which interval, I think the franchised changed. I tried again, I'm guessing after a new operator took the franchise. Ever since then, maybe ten years or so, every thing has been very satisfactory.
In the fall, when the leaf drop is gigantic, I wish that you had a fall leaf removal service in late November. There are sycamore trees two blocks south of me that always lose their leaves AFTER all the oak and maples in other directions and the variable wind blows leaves from every direction onto my lawn. It is at that time of year when I really dislike living in Urbana, a Tree City.
My lawn is the best looking (greener and weed free) on both streets that intersect at my corner.

I asked him what service was being done today and he fully explained what the tree and shrub fertilization encompassed and that there were no restrictions to observe. Jason Wilson is very personable, now that we can actually speak even from a distance. I like the fact that he is always the one to service our lawn because I feel that he gets to know the quirks of the system we have here. When someone else comes, they probably do not know the boundaries as well, nor the peculiarities of the property. We always feel that Jason does a thorough job although, with lawn care, one must wait a while to see the results of the products applied.
