We appreciate that the technician comes to the door to tell us exactly what he will be doing and what our involvement needs to be (when to water etc). Also lets us know when he is finished. Our tech is always professional, kind and polite.

I am very pleased with the lawn service that TruGreen has delivered for my yard. I've noted the special attention given to problem areas such as thicker grass seeding where my dogs tend to spend their time using and the fact that I have lush green grass underneath a Blue Spruce that the city cut the lower branches from to my dismay. I've had several people amazed that the grass is so lush there. Only minor spots of dandelions this year as compared to last season. I've been a customer for many years and just when I think, this year will be the last, I change my mind! Love the service and the results!

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Anthony B. today. I had recently switched to a new cell phone provider and had yet to set up my voicemail; thus, I had missed the phone reminder informing me that Tru Green would be at my house today. When Anthony arrived, I was in the middle of mowing the grass in preparation for a party that we were having that night. Anthony was very understanding and rearranged his schedule so that he could return after I finished mowing the grass; yet, also early enough so that there would be plenty of time for the chemicals to dry before guests arrived. He never made me feel bad for having missed the phone call reminder and did everything with a smile on his face. Great customer service!
