I could not find the "How am I doing" section in order to do the survey. We wanted to comment on Jason Wilson our Service Specialist. We like him very much! Excellent employee! He is friendly, easy to communicate with, willing to listen to any of our concerns, and he is the best specialist with your company that we have had! Highly recommend him! This is in the lawn care area. I am not sure about the Tree and Shrub area. We just started with this care plan this year. I have concerns but will see how the fruit trees do this fall. Your company does say they will come out when called and that was not the case with the trees and shrubs. But, I will wait and see how everything looks in a few months.

This is the second year we have used your service. The first year was a little rough due to a large amount of crab grass, weeds, and dandelions in our yard. It started to shape up in the fall. This year (2017) we are very pleased that we had no crab grass (so far) very little if no weeds, and did not see any dandelions in our yard in spite of the fact our neighbor to the north does not treat the yard at all! ( it is a rental property and the owner could care less ). Would like to put some grass seed in some bare spots but no sure when I should do this? If you could advise me, I would appreciate it.
