The App! I like the communication between TruGreen and the customer. I like that the scheduling communication happens a couple days ahead of the application. This allows me the homeowner and customer to mow the grass beforehand, if needed. I like to be able to know what the plan is also with the type of treatment occuring. Also, I like the running tally of treatments, and what the details were for any given time TruGreen was out.
Last, I had questionable weed results after one treatment. TruGreen was more than happy to send a technician back out to spray weed control again at no cost. Very appreciated!
