We appreciate your texts ahead letting us know when service is being done. Our serviceman, Patrick Dowd is very courteous. He comes to the door to let us know he is here and what service he is doing and lets us know when he is done and what cautions to take until treatment is dry. Very pleasant gentleman.

What really impresses me is, when your customers feel a treatment might be wrong in any way you are ready and willing to correct your error. That’s a wonderful company principal and one that keeps me coming back.

We have been pleased with the way our lawn has improved this year. Darius Edwards has been doing an excellent job.
We also appreciate the fact that Darius Edwards notifies us when he will be doing the lawn treatment and after he has completed. As this is our vacation home we are not usually at the property when he does the work.
We would ask that Darius be notified that after he completes his visit that he puts his summary service report on the work he did in between the storm and front door rather than in the handle.
This is our vacation home and the notice in the handle alerts people going by that no one is in the house. Thank you
